To help you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible, we offer two delivery options:

•  Door-to-door courier delivery by Courier. This requires you to be in at the time of delivery in order to     sign for your consignment. If you're not in, you may have to travel to your nearest Courier's Depot to     collect.

•  Delivery to your local store by Connect+. Your consignment is delivered to a local store of your choice,     where you can collect it at a time that's convenient for you. Click here to find your local Connect+ store.

Returns

We believe in the quality of our products, all of which are carefully selected for inclusion on this site, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you're not happy, please let us know. Our 'no quibble' returns policy is very simple: you can return any purchase from our store within 28 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

If your product is scratched or damaged as a result of storage or transit, we will be happy to pay for the cost of carriage for returning it. If you're returning a product because you don't like it, we ask that you pay for carriage.
